Shabadwani is a collection of 120 shabads attributed to Guru Jambheshwar, each delivered to different individuals in varied circumstances over time and locations.

Guru Jambheshwar, born into a Rajput family of the Panwar clan in the remote village of Pipasar, was the only child of Lohat ji Panwar and Hansa Devi. During the initial seven years of his life, Jambho ji was known for his silent and introverted nature. Resembling Lord Krishna, he spent 27 years of his life working as a cowherd.

At the age of 34, Jambho ji established the Bishnoi sect, presenting his teachings in the poetic form of Shabadwani. Despite a preaching span of 51 years where he journeyed extensively across the country, only 120 Shabads were documented. These verses encapsulate profound wisdom capable of guiding individuals along his path.
